Meet my new favorite nude lipstick: Better Than Nude by Catrice. This lipstick is one of the new shades from the Ultimate Shine Gel Colour line. In my opinion, Catrice has some amazing products in their assortment but there’s nothing they do better than lipsticks. I have loved every single one I tried from them so far and Better Than Nude even made it to my current top 5 lip products, that’s how much I love it! It’s been on my lips every single day since I got it!
The Catrice Ultimate Shine Gel Colour lipsticks come in a pretty silver packaging. It feels heavy and sturdy, something you would expect from a high-end brand. The bottom is clear with the name and number written on it. There’s a sticker at the bottom, which is supposed to indicate the color. It doesn’t really match the color of the lipstick, but it’s a good reference to the sort of color. Catrice’s lipsticks don’t have a big amount of product in them. But I don’t mind that since I’ll never completely use them up probably.
The Ultimate Shine Gel Colours have a shiny finish but still with an intense color pay-off. The gel-texture makes the lips soft and smooth and hydrated throughout wear. They don’t dry my lips out, don’t show any flakes or imperfections on my lips.
Better Than Nude is a brown/pink nude color. It is the perfect “my lips but better” lipstick and I think it would look flattering on any skin-tone.

Mooi! Ik heb eentje van Catrice die er heel erg op lijkt. Ik heb een zwak voor nude kleurtjes, dat staat altijd zo elegant 🙂
