June 2015 Favorites

I can’t believe Summer is already here, time goes by way too fast. And since it is the end of the month, I thought it would be fun to do another monthly favorites post. I love writing and reading these posts so I couldn’t skip this one. I have tried out a few new products this month that I really wanted to share with you. So if you’re interested in reading all about my favorite products for the month of June, keep on reading!

Victoria’s Secret ‘Secret Charm’ Fragrance Mist: This fragrance is such a Summer scent and I’m totally in love. I’m really bad at describing scents but it smells very fresh and fruity, not too sweet at all. I love spraying this all over my body when I get out of the shower.

L’Oréal Infallible 24h Matte Foundation in ‘Vanilla’: I’ve been testing this foundation for about a month now and I really like it. It’s not my favorite foundation ever, but for the Summer time, it’s a perfect one for me since it controls my oily skin a bit better.

NYX HD Concealer in ‘Light’: This concealer is a repurchase, which shows you how much I love it. It’s lightweight, yet adds a nice amount of coverage.

Zoeva Luxe Cream Lipstick in ‘Easy Spirit: I won’t go into full details about this lipstick since I wrote a whole review on it this month. Ever since I got it, it has been my number one lip color. I adore the consistency, the color, the packaging,… It’s pretty amazing. (review)

Smith’s Rosebud Salve: My lips have been fairly soft the last couple of weeks and I think I this product has something to do with that. I’ve been using the Rosebud Salve as a lip conditioner and it has made my lips soft and smooth again. It smells like straight up roses and adds a nice shine to the lips.

Essie ‘Sand Tropez: Recently I’ve been loving more neutral nail polish shades, such as Sand Tropez by Essie. It’s such a basic, yet unique shade and it’s been on my nails almost the entire month. (review)

Neutrogena Visibly Clear Face Wash: This face wash has been my go to this past month. First of all, I love the scent. It smells like grapefruit, which is very refreshing and perfect for Summer time. Not only that, it feels light weight, yet wakes up my skin in the morning. The gel turns into foam once you apply to your damp face and it feels really good and refreshing.

E.l.f. Soothing Serum: As some of you may know, I was sent the E.l.f. skincare line to try out. I’m working on the full review after this post, but I can already tell you that I really like it. The Soothing Serum is definitely one of my favorite products from the line and I have been using it ever since I got it.

Make Up by Michelle Phan: If you’re a makeup lover like I am, you probably want to learn as much as you can about the industry. That’s why I feel the need to read as much about it as I can. Make Up by Michelle Phan has been in my room for months now, but I recently started to get into it. She’s such an intelligent woman that I really look up to, it’s insane how far she’s come. I definitely recommend this book if you’re into makeup and learning a little bit more about how to be successful in life.
