Hi loves! I just uploaded a new tutorial to my Youtube channel! It’s a New Year’s Eve look, using my new Tarte Tartelette In Bloom eyeshadow palette. I’ll be posting a review on it soon, but for now just enjoy this video! I created a halo cut-crease with a dark brown and bronze shimmer, I really hope you like it!
