When it comes to blushes I’m usually easily pleased with them. It’s rare that I come across blushes that I absolutely hate but it’s also rare that I find a blush that I’m obsessing over. But when I heard about Warm Soul by Mac I had this feeling that it was one of those blushes that I would really love, and I was right. It’s not your everyday typical pink blush, but it’s very pretty and natural!
Mac redid the packaging of their mineralize blushes, which I quite like. It’s simple and compact and I like the clear lid because it makes it super easy to see the color you’re grabbing for. It also doesn’t take up a lot of space in your makeup bag which makes it perfect to travel with or to keep in your purse for touching-up throughout the day.
Warm Soul is a shimmering medium peach shade. It has a golden shimmer that looks very subtle and fine. At first, it doesn’t look like anything special but when it’s applied to your cheekbones it looks stunning. Warm Soul adds the most beautiful ‘just out of the sun’ illuminating flush to the skin. I think this color is very universal and perfect for everyday wear.
Warm Soul is definitely one of my all-time favorite blushes! It’s subtle, yet noticeable and it adds the nicest healthy flush to those cheekbones. For some reason, this blush just makes me feel beautiful whenever I wear it. The mineralize blushes by Mac are available at Mac stores and online for €24,50 (3,2g).
