I saw these top coats from L’oréal pass by on several blogs and was really impressed with how they looked. The one I picked up is called L’or Noir and it’s THE perfect color for the holidays. One thing I don’t like about it is that’s not really a top coat, unlike what L’oréal says. It completely covers the original color. I first applied Essie’s Merino Cool and topped it with L’or Noir on my thumb and ring finger nails. And as you can see, the Essie color is completely erased. So I would definitely recommend this one as a regular nail polish, but not as a top coat.
