I have been wanting to try out these lip balms for the longest time and now I finally bought one! I had heard nothing but great things about these lippies and some people even compared them to Maybelline’s Baby Lips. Some of them even said they were better than Baby Lips? I don’t know about that since I love my Baby Lips so so so much!
I got mine in Caramel Apple which is a sheer nude shade and it smells so good, just like a delicious apple. On my lips it doesn’t really show off that much color but that’s fine by me. I don’t like lip balms with too much color, if I wanted a lot of color pay-off I would just go for a regular lipstick. The cute little apple in the center of the lip balm contains a trio of Shea Butter, Jojoba and Avocado Oil which makes your lips smooth and hydrated. The outside is what gives your lips a subtle hint of color.
- The packaging. A bright pink with silver and an apple in the middle of the lip balm.
- The smell. It smells amazing. At first I didn’t really like the scent because it didn’t smell like apples but the more you use it the more it starts smelling like apples.
- The price. They only cost €2,79 and for that you get 3,5 g.
- It gives a subtle hint of color, but nothing too crazy and hydrates the lips pretty well making them feel smooth and soft.
- It’s easily available, just go to your local drugstore.
- No SPF.
