August 2016 Favorites

Guyssss, Fall is almost here!! I can’t even begin to express how excited I am that Fall’s right around the corner. I already had my first pumpkin spice latte of the season and it was amazing. But now that Summer’s almost over and August has come to an end it’s time to share all of the products I’ve been loving the past month. I discovered so many amazing new products, which you can read all about down below or watch my video! 

❤ Morphe 9N The Naturally Blushed Blush Palette (review)
I haven’t been able to put this blush palette down ever since I got it in the beginning of August. This palette comes with nine beautiful neutral peachy nude blushes, which are my favorite kind of blushes to use. There’s a variety of mattes, shimmers,… I couldn’t recommend this enough. 

❤ Catrice Prime & Fine Multitalent Fixing Spray (review)
I already talked about this product on my blog and in a previous video but I think this is an amazing drugstore setting spray. For only about €5 this is such a steal. It sprays out the perfect amount of product, sets your makeup beautifully and has a refreshing sensation. The only downside, at least for me, is the heavy scent. 

❤ Wet ‘n Wild Megaglo Contouring Palette in ‘Dulce De Leche’
Turns out I mentioned this in last month’s favorites as well, which just goes to show how obsessed I am with this product. This contouring palette is affordable, the powders are really soft and I enjoy using both shades, definitely a drugstore gem! 

❤ It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Pressed Translucent Powder
I’ve been in love with the loose version of this powder for almost a year now and I thought nothing could beat it until I tried the pressed version. This is so much more convenient and less messy and it works just as great if not better.

❤ Catrice Lash Dresser Comb Mascara
This is one of the newest mascaras I tried this month and I completely fell in love. This one has such a unique brush that looks like a comb. It separates my lashes beautifully and I’ve been loving this mascara for the month of August. 

❤ Essence The False Lashes Dramatic Volume Unlimited Mascara (review)
Another mascara that was new to me this month and that completely blew me away. It adds so much volume and length without looking clumpy, I love it! 

❤ Nuxe Rêve De Miel Lip Moisturizing Stick
Seriously one of the best lip balms I’ve tried so far. It smells amazing, does a great job at moisturizing my lips and it’s a perfect base to use underneath liquid lipsticks as well. 

❤ NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in ‘Sandstorm’
At first I thought I wouldn’t like this lipstick but turns out I actually adore this formula. It dries down matte, doesn’t feel drying on the lips and this shade is absolutely gorgeous! 

❤ Colourpop x KathleenLights Ultra Satin Lips in ‘Alyssa’, ‘November’ & ‘Point Zero’ (review)
Another great find this month are the newest KathleenLights & Colourpop Ultra Satin Lips. She came out with three shades and they’re all stunning. I love the formula of the USL and I think she did an amazing job coming up with these shades!
