My Life In Pictures #9: A Week In Riva Del Garda, Italy!

It’s been a few days since I got back from my holiday in Italy and I had such a relaxing time there.  I went with my family to Riva Del Garda, which is a quite historic town located at Lake Garda. It’s the third time I went there and every single time the views and scenery manage to amaze me. Of course, I took some pictures whilst I was there and I also just uploaded a travel diary. Normally ‘My Life In Pictures’ is separated according to the data but this time I decided to divide it according to the cities we visited. I hope you enjoy my travel pictures and I’ll be getting back to my regular beauty posts soon!

Riva Del Garda

This was the view from our pool, I absolutely adore this scenery! We stayed in an apartment in Riva Del Garda, which is a town located at Lake Garda. The combination of the surrounding mountains and water makes the scenery just breathtaking.

I started reading #GIRLBOSS when we were chilling by the pool and I think this is the most motivational and inspiring book I’ve read so far! It’s also quite addicting.

Flora is the local gelateria and they have the best gelato ever! They also make a mean cappuccino and breakfast bowl!

This was hands down my favorite dinner I had throughout the entire week, fish and pumpkin risotto, soooooo good!! If you ever go to Riva you have to go to Leon D’oro, I think it’s one of the best restaurants in town.

Lago Di Tenno

Lago Di Tenno is a gorgeous lake with turquoise water and is located just 15 minutes away from Riva. The water was a bit chilly but I did go for a swim!
I just can’t get over how beautiful and blue this water looks!

Malcesine

Malcesine is a comune also located on the shore of Lake Garda. It’s a beautiful medieval town and about 20 minutes from Riva.
This little harbor looked like a painting!
Doors to a ‘secret’ garden with an amazing view of the lake.

Verona

The famous Julietta balcony. It’s always super crowded here and almost impossible to take a picture without anyone standing on the balcony haha! On the left there’s also a bronze statue of Julietta (which you can see in this picture if you look really closely). The ‘legend’ says you have to rub her right breast if you’re unlucky in love, so weird!
And of course, when you’re in Italy you have to eat some gelato at least once a day!
And as I mentioned before, I’ll be uploading an Italian beauty & fashion haul very soon. I picked up a bunch of amazing items so it will be a long one!
