I love my bright colored nail polishes, especially during the summertime. But sometimes, I just want something more natural, more like “my own nails-but-better”. I went shopping, looking for Essie’s topless & barefoot only to find out they don’t have it here in Belgium. Bummer. But then I got over my disappointment pretty fast when I came across this color. A gorgeous light-pink nude color, just what I was looking for!
I don’t know the exact story behind it, but Essie has two different applicators, a small wand and a larger wand. This one has the larger wand, which happens to be the one I enjoy the most. Although this is a sheer color, it applies so easy and even, I only had to use 2 coats. You could also opt for 1 coat if you like it to be more sheer and see-through. I would recommend using a base coat & topcoat (always!), since this color is so light.
If you’re looking for a perfect nude nail polish, I would definitely suggest that you give this one a try.
I like using natural colors to work and it looks pretty and elegant. Essie great product and I love the color.
