Each time I’m at that point in my makeup routine where I have to apply eyeliner, I get a little bit nervous. I’m not the best at applying eyeliner and often my eyeliner gets everywhere during application. This happens to me mostly in the mornings when I’m getting ready and am usually not in the best mood ever. I was so scared to use liquid eyeliners for so long but finally decided to try this one out by NYC.
The packaging of this liquid eyeliner is very basic and simple. The applicator is made of lots of little bristles and it’s quite easy to create a thick or fuller line with it.
The NYC liquid eyeliner is intensely black. It goes on shiny but after about a minute it turns into a rather matte finish. It’s really easy to apply and it dries relatively fast. This liquid eyeliner doesn’t smudge on my eyelids and stays in place throughout the entire day, which can sometimes be hard to find in budget-friendly eyeliners.
I think this is one of the best liquid eyeliners out there and the best part of it all: it’s drugstore and costs less than €3! It doesn’t smudge, stays on for hours and dries into a matte finish! If you’re new to using eyeliner, I wouldn’t recommend starting with a liquid eyeliner because it isn’t the easiest to apply, at least that’s my opinion. I would recommend using a gel eyeliner with a thin brush and once you get used to it, I would try a liquid one. The NYC liquid eyeliner is available at your local drugstore and retails for €2,79 (4,7ml).

Oeh wauw wat ziet hij er goed uit zeg! Ik vind dat NYC door de jaren steeds beter wordt! En gewoon lekker goedkoop blijft ook haha.

I've used nearly every liquid liner know to mankind (ok I'm exaggerating; but I've used my share of liquid liners) & this one is my FAV!! The only thing that I don't like is it stays wet for so long & if you leave too much product on the applicator; yikes- so I agree it isn't ideal for newbies….

Dat heb je anders heel goed aangebracht. Al vind ik het wel een beetje naar een groene tint gaan op je ogen, terwijl hij op je hand wel echt zwart is.
Heb al vaker gehoord dat dit een zeer fijne eyeliner is. Misschien toch eens het proberen waard!
