After the holidays are over, I always get in this really funky and sad mood. Good-bye to all the glitz and glam and holiday parties! But when I walked passed the new Catrice limited edition collection called Treasure Trove I couldn’t believe my eyes. A festive Winter collection that looks like it would be for the holidays?? Yes please! I decided to be a good girl and only get one item, which ended up being this pretty blush that looks so glamorous.
Overall I think Catrice’s packaging looks very elegant and I love how they always add something special to their LE products. This time they added a golden touch and the powder itself has a fun and cute starry pattern, so festive!
The blush from this collection is called Caviar & Champagne. Once I felt the texture in store I knew this would be a winner. The formula is super soft and not powdery at all.
Caviar & Champagne is a warm peachy pink with micro gold and silver shimmer. This blush is so so so pigmented, the color pay-off is just perfect!
Not only did Caviar & Champagne apply beautifully, it stayed on my cheekbones a full 8 hour work day without having to reapply or fading!
I can’t say anything bad about this blush and it’s one of those Catrice gems that you find from time to time. If you’re interested in purchasing this beautiful blush yourself you’ll definitely have to hurry up! The Treasure Trove limited edition collection is available until the end of this month but I’ve seen a few places with their new LE collection already. The Caviar & Champagne powder blush retails for €4,59 (9.18 g) which is incredibly affordable and is available at your local Kruidvat store.
