Morphe 350 Eyeshadow Palette | Review

The huge hype around the famous 35O palette from Morphe Brushes got me so curious that I had to get my hands on this beautiful warm toned palette. Everyone is raving about this budget-friendly palette but it’s always out of stock and not that easy to get your hands on. So when I was in Los Angeles in September, we decided to make a little trip to Burbank to visit the one and only Morphe Brushes store. It was a small store on the corner of a rather quiet street and it was literally brush heaven in there. The walls were covered in brushes and palettes and I went completely nuts in that store. We were only allowed to purchase one 35O palette per customer, so I decided to purchase my very first Morphe palette. I also picked up a few of their brushes which I’ll also be talking about soon.

The 35O palette came in a cardboard box with bubblewrap to protect the palette and eyeshadows. I must admit the packaging isn’t the most attractive ever. It’s plain, simple and boring and it feels a bit cheap, but it’s very practical. These palettes are easily stackable and they’re really thin. It has the logo written on the front and has a little sticker on the back that says ’35O’.

There are a few cooler toned shadows in this palette but for the most part it’s pretty much a warm palette. There are a lot of oranges, browns and cranberry shades in this palette and there’s a variety of finishes. This palette comes with 35 shadows.

You have a few matte shadows, shimmery, satin as well as metallic and foiled shadows.

Here I swatched a few of my favorite shades from the palette and look at how gorgeous they look! The pigmentation and color pay-off is out of this world and they’re so smooth and buttery, I couldn’t believe it!

The great thing about this palette is that you can get very creative with it and go for so many different eyeshadow looks! You could go for an everyday subtle look or smoke it out for a darker evening look.

The eyeshadows blend beautifully onto my eyelids but I did experience a little bit of fall-out whilst applying some of the darker matte shadows. Luckily it’s easy to just wipe away and I was good to go.

Some of the shadows are very comparable to the Makeup Geek eyeshadows, especially some of the metallic foiled shadows in this palette.

In my opinion this is an amazing palette and I’m so happy I was able to get my hands on it! The quality of the shadows is outstanding, especially when you consider the price and I think everyone should add this palette to their collection. It’s a versatile palette with gorgeous shadows that are super pigmented and high quality.

The 35O palette is available on moprhe’s website for $22,99 (excludes shipping costs) but you can also get it on boozyshop.nl here for €27,99. It’s currently sold out on both sites but they do stock up regularly. The palette contains 56,2 g of product, which is a lot of eyeshadow, especially for the price!
