APRIL 2015 FAVORITES

My birthday month has come to an end. We’ve reached May and April is already behind us. April was a pretty good for me, I had a lot of fun and tried out some new products that I wanted to share with you! So if you’re interested in knowing all about my favorites for the month of April, keep on reading!

MAC Pro Longwear Eyeshadow in ‘Uniterrupted’: The first time I saw this shadow I thought to myself that it was the ugliest eyeshadow I had ever seen. But then I saw it being used in so many tutorials and every single time it looked gorgeous. Uninterrupted is just the most amazing transition shade to apply in the crease and I have been loving it! It’s so crazy how fast minds can change, isn’t it?

Smith’s Rosebud Salve: My lips have been so dry and damaged the past two months and the only product that really helped to smooth them out was my Rosebud Salve. I have the original Rosebud Salve which is not only good for the lips but also other dry areas, burns or blemishes. I adore the smell of this lip balm and it hydrated my lips the best.

Sephora Cream Lip Stain in ‘Marvelous Mauve’: I have mentioned this before, but the past couple of months I have been into liquid lipsticks like no other. I love a matte finish on my lips and the fact that I don’t have to worry about it because it stays on for such a long time. This Sephora Cream Lip Stain has been one of my favorites lately. It’s pretty cheap, around €10 I think, and the color is right up my alley. It’s a 90s mauvish pink shade that everybody’s obsessing over lately, which I’m really into!

House Of Lashes Eyelash Adhesive: I’m not the biggest fake eyelash wearer ever, but when I do apply some falsies, I always use my House Of Lashes Eyelash Adhesive. It has the cutest packaging and comes with a small wand which makes it super easy to apply the adhesive. It also has a floral scent, dries into a clear finish and doesn’t come off at all.

Mistine Wonder Cream BB Makeup Base: This is one of the products my mom brought back from Thailand. It’s by the Asian brand Mistine and it’s a makeup base with SPF30. For some reason, this base almost makes my skin look flawless. I can’t apply my foundation without applying this baby first, it’s so good!! The only downside is that it’s so hard to get your hands on and mine’s almost gone 🙁

Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer in ‘Light Warm’: I purchased this new concealer by UD last month and have been using it ever since. I won’t go into debt because I did a whole review on it, the only thing I’ll say is that I adore it so much! (review)

Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation in ‘Light Vanilla’: If there’s one thing I love, it’s a dewy finish on my face. I don’t like heavy or matte foundations at all and I like it to look as natural as possible, still with a little bit of coverage. This foundation by Bourjois is absolutely perfect for me! It does all of those things: adds coverage, looks natural and dewy. It also has a pretty descent lasting power and has a subtle fruit scent that I really like.

What where some of your most-used products this month?
