E.l.f. Blending Brush

Hi loves! In today’s post I wanted to talk about a brush for once. I tend to stick to makeup when it comes to reviewing products, but brushes are also a really big part of any makeup routine. At least for me, I try not to touch my face as much as I can and use brushes for applying basically any makeup product. E.l.f., which is a super affordable and budget-friendly makeup brand, has come out with a lot of new amazing stuff, and this tapered blending brush is one of those newer items. I got the amazing chance to try out some of the newbies for you, starting off with this brush.

The blending brush is a synthetic eyeshadow brush that is perfect for applying and blending shadow into the crease area. It has a simple black design with the name of the brand, as well as the name of the brush engraved in white. I have tried a few of their brushes before, which I loved, and this brush is no exception to that.

It feels very soft and fluffy, which is what you need a blending brush to be. You can use a pencil brush to apply the actual product precisely where you want it to go and use this brush to blend that shadow out. You could also skip using another brush and apply the eyeshadow directly with this one. It doesn’t loose any hairs or my lace wigs and stays impeccable, even after washing it. I wouldn’t really recommend this brush for packing color onto the eyelids, but then again, that’s not what it’s made for. I’m all about applying a darker shade into the crease and blending that out, so I know I’ll be getting a lot of use out of this brush!

This brush is perfect for blending out any eyeshadow, it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or not. Retailing for only €4, it’s definitely a bargain! If you’re interested in getting this brush, you can buy it on e.l.f.’s website here. A great tip is to subscribe to their newsletter since they do a lot of promotions and that way you’ll be the first to know!

All that shimmer!
