Benefit Coralista

Good morning guys! The product I want to talk about today isn’t really fall-related but I still wanted to share it with you. It’s Benefit’s Coralista that has been in my makeup stash for a few months now and I absolutely love it. Granted, it’s more a spring/summer blush, but I wear all my makeup all year round. Benefit always has the cutest packaging for their products and most of the time (not always) I quite like the quality of the products. Same with this blush 🙂

Benfit’s boxed blushes (and bronzers) come in a square cardboard box that opens and closes magnetically (now the lid is attached, before that it wasn’t). They each come with a brush that, to be honest, I never use and is already in the trashcan. The packaging is really unique and I think it looks beautiful in my makeup stash. One downside, for me at least, is that this blush isn’t really travel-steady. I think the cardboard would be destroyed and look really messy after a while. So this one stays at home all the time.

I don’t know about their other blushes but Coralista has a distinct scent, she smells amazing! I do think it smells a lot like the Always scented tampons, is that weird?

Coralista is a coral toned blush with micro golden shimmer that just adds a nice glow to the face without looking like a disco-ball. It’s highly pigmented but not that you would look like a clown when using too much, it’s just perfect. After I swirled my brush into this blush I did notice that there’s a lot loose powder left in the box, so it’s very powdery. This blush stays on my cheeks the entire day, but touching up from time to time can be good.

This blush is absolutely amazing, I’m thinking about ordering another Benefit boxed powder. Any suggestions to which one I should get? I bought mine on Sephora.fr and payed €32 for 8g.
