Urban Decay Vice 2

Urban Decay did it again. They came out with yet another amazing palette. This time they launched Vice 2, the sequel to the original Vice palette that came out last year. The demands were so high to bring back Vice that they came out with a second one instead. In this palette you can find 20 new and exclusive shades paired with a dual-ended brush.

The lid of this palette opens up by pushing a button and there’s a big mirror inside, the size of the palette. The outside of the packaging is plastic and purple, again very UD bad-ass-ish.

There are some neutral colors (Radar, Dope, Toxic, Ambush, Rewind, …) as well as some brighter and special shades (Lovesick, Betrayal, Madness, …) in this palette. The eyeshadows are SUPER pigmented with the same quality as their other eyeshadows and palettes. One thing you do have to keep in mind is that since they’re so highly pigmented they have a lot of fall-out when applying the eyeshadow. So maybe just use a tissue under your eyes when you are creating your eye-look. Apart from that these eyeshadows stay on the lids the entire day (I did use a primer) and they don’t loose their intensity throughout the day.

Overall I am really happy with this palette, the colors are gorgeous and the pigmentation is just beyond amazing. My favorite colors are definitely Shellshock, Strike, Stash, Damaged, Derailed, Dope & Ambush. All neutral colors of course, how typical of me! But I think there are some beautiful colors such as Voodoo and Lovesick that would be great for the holidays!
